AvatarGen (“the App”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles information when you use it.
AvatarGen does not require account registration and does not intentionally collect personally identifiable information such as your name, email address, phone number, or mailing address.
If you choose to use media-based features, such as generating or editing avatar-related content from audio, images, or video, the App may access files or content that you explicitly select or provide for processing.
The content you provide to AvatarGen is used only to perform the requested app functionality, such as avatar generation, media processing, animation, or related output creation.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use your content for advertising purposes.
AvatarGen is designed to perform core processing on your device whenever possible. If your use of the App is limited to on-device features, your data may remain entirely on your device and may not be transmitted to external servers.
AvatarGen does not share your personal data with third parties except when necessary to provide requested functionality, comply with legal obligations, enforce our rights, or protect the safety of users and the public.
AvatarGen does not retain personal data longer than necessary for the operation of the App. Content generated or processed by the App may remain on your device unless you delete it.
If the App integrates with third-party services or system frameworks provided by Apple, your use of those services may also be governed by the privacy policies of those providers. AvatarGen itself does not control how third-party platforms handle your information.
AvatarGen is not directed to children under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We take reasonable measures to help protect information processed by the App. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
You may control the App’s access to photos, microphone, camera, or files through your device settings. You may also delete locally stored app content at any time.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any updates will be reflected by changing the effective date at the top of this page.
